About the Role

ERP Implementation & Process Excellence Manager

Key Responsibilities

Own and stabilise ERP processes across Sales, PPC, Purchase, Stores, Production, Quality, and Finance
Clean, standardise, and govern the item master
Establish and enforce BOMs for castings, machined parts, and bought-out items
Eliminate manual PO creation and enable ERP-driven procurement
Align ERP workflows with actual shop-floor and business processes
Drive user adoption, training, and transaction discipline
Build reliable MIS and management dashboards from ERP data

Key Deliverables

Structured and accurate item master
BOM-driven planning and purchasing
ERP-based PO and inventory control
High ERP adoption and data reliability
Improved visibility of orders, WIP, and inventory

Ideal Candidate

815 years of experience in manufacturing ERP implementation
Strong understanding of foundry / machine shop / heavy engineering operations
Proven track record of fixing or stabilising ERP systems
Process-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working on the shop floor
