Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are hiring an ERP Support Executive to assist our Accounts department in managing ERP operations, troubleshooting user issues, and coordinating with internal teams. The role also involves scheduling meetings between users and the IT/ERP team when system-related issues arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day ERP support to the accounts team.
• Act as a liaison between accounts and ERP/IT team for issue resolution.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with the ERP team in case of recurring system issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry, report generation, and system updates.
• Help train users in ERP modules related to accounting.
• Assist with data verification and reconciliation using the ERP system.
• Monitor access rights and ensure data security compliance.
• Support audit and compliance with ERP-based reports and records.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc.)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Good in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Ability to handle basic troubleshooting and user support

Eligibility:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance)
• Experience: 1–3 years in ERP/account support roles
