We are currently seeking a ERP Senior Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, Karn?taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AMS Support Techno Functional Consultant to join our team, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. The ideal candidate will provide application management services (AMS) support by resolving client issues efficiently within SLA guidelines, ensuring smooth supply chain and retail operations. This role requires strong technical and functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely acknowledgment and resolution of client issues using Incident Management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) for incident resolution and support delivery.
• Analyze and issue resolutions comprehensively in ServiceNow.
• Manage shift allocations and perform timely shift handovers to ensure continuous support coverage.
• Prepare and deliver daily incident reports to project stakeholders.
• Follow project compliance standards and contribute to the development of project knowledge articles.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Utilize SQL queries and scripts for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Support supply chain functions including Inventory, Purchase Order, Sales Order, and Retail POS operations.
• Perform debugging and development tasks using Application Object Tree (AOT) and Visual Studio in AX2012 or D365 environments.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in AMS support projects, preferably in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Retail operations.
• Proficient in Incident Management and SLA management tools, especially ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries and scripting for data extraction and troubleshooting.
• Functional understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and/or AX 2012.
• Familiarity with supply chain operations including item management, inventory control, purchase and sales processes, and retail operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Application Object Tree (AOT) and debugging in AX2012 or Dynamics 365 Visual Studio.
• Prior exposure to developing and maintaining knowledge articles and documentation.
• Ability to work in a rotational shift model (20x5) and manage shift handovers efficiently.
