Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced ERP Lead Consultant to lead pre-sales consulting, manage end-to-end ERPNext implementations, establish best practices, and mentor a team of functional consultants. The role requires strong expertise across ERPNext modules and customization capabilities, suitable for diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Consulting

• Understand client business needs and deliver tailored demos, proposals, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert supporting sales and commercial teams.

Lead ERP Implementation

• Manage full lifecycle ERPNext deployments including business process mapping, customization, and integration.
• Implement modules including Core ERP, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Supply Chain.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and client communications.
• Conduct post-go-live training and support to maximize ERP adoption.

Customization & Development

• Customize ERPNext using JavaScript and Python scripting.
• Develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations aligned with client requirements.
• Utilize SQL and database knowledge to optimize data handling and reporting.
• Leverage ERPNext's Frappe framework for efficient solution development.

Team Leadership & Development

• Build and lead a high-performing team of functional consultants and analysts.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in implementation practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Proven leadership in ERPNext implementations across industries.
2. Expertise in ERPNext Core ERP, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing modules.
3. Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
4. Solid understanding of database structures and writing SQL queries.
5. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
6. Familiarity with ERPNext Frappe framework.
7. Willingness to travel occasionally for client interactions.
