This communication plays a crucial role in keeping parents informed and engaged in their child's academic journey. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional certifications in ERP systems would be advantageous. In terms of experience, 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing or supporting ERP systems, preferably in an educational environment, is preferred.
