ERP Developer

As an ERP Developer at our company located in Meerut, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our ERP systems, automating business processes, and developing new software applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining and supporting existing ERP systems to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime. - Automating business processes to improve efficiency and productivity. - Developing new software modules and applications using C#, SQL, and .NET to integrate with ERP systems. - Troubleshooting and resolving software issues, including bug fixing and implementing corrective actions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Computer Science (B.Tech/B.E.), or related field. - Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA), Technology (M.Tech), or related field is preferred. - Proficiency in C#, SQL, and .NET development. - 2 to 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, support, and testing. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
