Description
As a BI Developer for Procurement in our company, your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing custom BI Publisher (BIP) reports and OTBI subject areas for Procurement, focusing on Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Approvals, Attachments, etc. - Ensuring that BI reports are optimized for OIC consumption, with outputs in XML/CSV/JSON formats. - Mapping and validating Procurement data structures such as headers, lines, distributions, and approver details. - Collaborating closely with the integration team to expose BI report outputs for OIC-based automation and workflows. - Developing a strong understanding of Fusion Procurement REST APIs to retrieve pending approval requests, requisition details, purchase orders, and attachments. - Translating reporting requirements into scalable BI solutions in collaboration with business and functional teams. - Supporting debugging and troubleshooting of data issues across BI, OIC, and Procurement modules. Your qualifications and skills should include: - Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement, particularly in Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Approvals. - Expertise in BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and SQL for Oracle Fusion ERP. - In-depth knowledge of the Fusion Procurement data model, including key tables and fields. - Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement REST APIs, such as /purchaseRequisitions, /recentRequisitions, /purchaseOrders, /bpm/tasks. - Proven ability to design reports optimized for OIC integration. - Solid understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) architecture and how BI reports are consumed. - Strong SQL and XML/JSON skills for data extraction and transformation. - Experience working in an enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders in Procurement, IT, and Finance. - Knowledge of Fusion BPM workflows related to Procurement approvals. - Experience with security and role-based access for Fusion BI reports. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced transformation program.
