As an ERP Analytics Oracle EPM - ARCS_Senior at EY, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of Reconciliation & Matching solutions across financial and operational domains. Your collaboration with finance and IT teams will streamline reconciliation processes, ensure compliance, and deliver scalable solutions to contribute to building a better working world. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement a comprehensive account reconciliation (Oracle ARCS) solution. - Configure reconciliation profiles, formats, match types, Reconciliation rules, and workflows. - Implement workflow automation, aging rules, and structured reconciliation timelines for accurate and timely financial close. - Manage data integration from various source systems using Data Exchange for both Balance and Transaction. - Configure matching profiles and match types to enable auto-match rules and manage exceptions for transaction reconciliation. - Manage and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing phases for smooth deployment and timely issue resolution. - Develop comprehensive functional documentation and training materials; facilitate hands-on workshops for end users. - Conduct training sessions, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing support to end users. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with Oracle ARCS implementation. - Familiarity with Cloud REST APIs. - Exposure to scripting or automation tools for data transformation. - Agile project experience is a plus. - Oracle ARCS certification is a strong advantage.
