ERP Analytics-Oracle EPM - ARCS-Senior

Role Overview: As an ERP Analytics Oracle EPM - ARCS_Senior at EY, you will lead the design and implementation of Reconciliation & Matching solutions using Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS) across financial and operational domains. You will collaborate with finance and IT teams to streamline reconciliation processes, ensure compliance, and deliver scalable solutions. Your role will involve configuring reconciliation profiles, formats, match types, reconciliation rules, workflows, and managing data integration from various source systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement a comprehensive account reconciliation solution using Oracle ARCS - Configure reconciliation profiles, formats, match types, reconciliation rules, and workflows - Implement workflow automation, aging rules, and structured reconciliation timelines for accurate financial close - Manage data integration for both Balance and Transaction from various source systems using Data Exchange - Configure matching profiles and match types to enable auto-match rules and manage exceptions for transaction reconciliation - Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing phases for smooth deployment and issue resolution - Develop functional documentation, training materials, and facilitate hands-on workshops for end users - Conduct training sessions, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing support to end users Qualifications Required: - Experience with Oracle ARCS implementation - Familiarity with Cloud REST APIs - Exposure to scripting or automation tools for data transformation - Agile project experience is a plus - Oracle ARCS certification is a strong advantage At EY, we are dedicated to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
