Job Description: Sales Manager - B2B Loyalty Programs About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional with proven experience in B2B Loyalty Programs . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, building strong client relationships, and promoting our loyalty solutions to enterprises across industries (Hospitality, Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.). Key Responsibilities · Business Development o Identify and target potential clients for loyalty and engagement solutions. o Generate leads through networking, cold calling, events, and digital channels. o Build a strong sales pipeline and deliver on revenue targets. · Client Engagement & Solution Selling o Conduct needs assessment and map client requirements to loyalty program offerings. o Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demos. o Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers (CXOs, Marketing Heads, Sales Directors). · Account Management o Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals. o Work with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) for seamless program execution. o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. · Market Intelligence o Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. o Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement. Key Requirements · Experience : o 3-7 years in B2B sales with a focus on Loyalty Programs, CRM, Martech, or Enterprise SaaS Solutions . o Prior experience in Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or Channel/Trade Loyalty programs is highly preferred. · Skills : o Strong consultative selling and solution-oriented approach. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. o Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (CXOs, Marketing/HR Heads, Channel Heads). o Good understanding of loyalty program mechanics (earn & burn models, tiering, rewards, digital engagement). · Education : o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. · Other Attributes : o Target-driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset. o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. o Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
