About Us: We are a private trading firm seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Equity & Options Trader to join our proprietary trading desk. The candidate will trade firm capital in equities and derivatives markets following both discretionary and systematic trading strategies. This is an on-site role requiring full-time desk presence during market hours. Key Responsibilities: Execute intraday and swing trades across equities, options, and other financial instruments as per firm guidelines. Monitor financial markets, news, and economic data to identify trading opportunities. Develop, test, and refine trading strategies with the support of management and research teams. Maintain disciplined risk management practices while trading proprietary capital. Prepare daily trade summaries, performance reports, and trading journals. Collaborate with management on strategy development, market outlook, and trade reviews. Stay updated on market trends, trading platforms, and new trading techniques. Requirements: Prior experience in trading equities and/or options (proprietary or personal account experience can be considered). Strong knowledge of market mechanics, technical analysis, and trading platforms. Solid understanding of risk management principles. Highly disciplined, analytical, and decisive under pressure. Strong attention to detail, record-keeping, and compliance with internal trading policies. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field preferred (not mandatory if candidate demonstrates strong trading experience). Proficiency with trading software, charting tools, and market data platforms. Nice to Have: Experience with algo or systematic trading (Python, Excel VBA, etc.). Experience trading Indian markets SEBI certifications Compensation: Attractive fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
