Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Executing orders with good speed accurately.
Generating leads through existing clients.
Maintaining relationship with existing clients.
Serving the HNI clients, retail clients and the sub-brokers.
Handling queries of risk/limits of online clients.
Attending client queries through email, telephone, or walk-in for online account opening, equity, commodity and currency.
Calculating commission and entries for the clients.
Actively uncovering additional business development opportunities.
Interact with internal cross-functional partners to resolve client issues and escalations (Risk, Research, Operations and IT).

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Graduates with more than 1-year experience.
Certification of NISM compulsory.
Demonstrated dealing experience with a strong drive for results
Demonstrated dedication to treating clients in an ethical, empathetic and proactive way.
Good brokerage and industry knowledge and a willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point applications.
Good Command over English & Hindi language, written and verbal both.
