Job Description

The job of a telesales equity advisor involves actively engaging with potential clients via phone to offer expert advice on equity investments, analyze their financial needs, and recommend suitable investment strategies. Your main objective will be to generate new accounts and achieve sales targets within a brokerage firm or financial institution, primarily through phone-based interactions. Your key responsibilities will include: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, utilizing lead lists and market research. Client Consultation: Understand clients" financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment horizon through detailed conversations over the phone. Equity Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and company performance to make informed investment recommendations. Product Presentation: Explain various equity investment products like stocks, mutual funds, and derivatives to clients, highlighting their benefits and suitability. Personalized Portfolio Creation: Develop customized investment portfolios based on client needs and market insights. Closing Sales: Negotiate terms, address concerns, and secure investment commitments from clients over the phone. Account Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, provide regular updates on their investments, and identify potential cross-selling opportunities. Compliance Adherence: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies. To excel in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications: Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and basic economic principles. Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities to close deals over the phone. Customer Service Focus: Ability to build rapport with clients, address concerns, and provide exceptional service. Market Awareness: Keep up-to-date with current market trends and news. Data Analysis: Ability to interpret financial data and make informed investment decisions. Relevant Certifications: Holding necessary licenses like Series 6 or Series 7 (depending on the jurisdiction) to conduct securities transactions. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person.,
