Job Title: Maintenance Technician Experience:2+ Years Location: Nayandahalli Key Responsibilities: Monitor and order spare parts and maintenance supplies as needed. Follow and enforce safety protocols and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA). Participate in internal and external audits as required. Work closely with quality assurance, production, and engineering teams to ensure minimal disruption to manufacturing. Ensure all tools and test equipment are calibrated and used per procedures. Support facility operations including HVAC systems, compressed air, purified water systems, etc. Assist in the installation, qualification, and validation of new equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ protocols). Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Ensure all maintenance activities are documented in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment (e.g., HVAC, cleanrooms, autoclaves, CNC machines, molding machines). · Required Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. Desired Skills and Experience: Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and cleanroom maintenance. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Experience with preventive maintenance software (CMMS). Basic understanding of validation and calibration processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, SOPs, and equipment manuals. Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
