Role & responsibilities • Perform regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment such as: o Pumps o Reactors o Filter Press o Gear Boxes o Screw Feeders o Conveyors Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous plant operation. • Coordinate with the production team to plan maintenance schedules and minimize disruption. • Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation as per company standards. • Ensure spare parts availability and manage inventory effectively. Follow all safety protocols and ensure maintenance activities comply with EHS standards. Support in planning and executing equipment upgrades or modifications. Preferred candidate profile • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical equipment used in chemical and roasting plants • Hands-on experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance • Problem-solving and analytical skills • Familiarity with maintenance management systems and documentation • Team coordination and communication skills
