Job Description – Business Developer (Doctor & Franchise Onboarding) Responsibilities: Visit clinics and hospitals to build trusted relationships and onboard doctors to the diagnostics platform. Present the company’s benefits, assist doctors with registration, KYC, and digital dashboard usage. Provide training and support to doctors on booking workflows and platform tools. Respond to franchise inquiries, pitch the franchise business model, and close agreements. Manage franchise onboarding, SOP training, operational readiness, and launch support. Address questions, maintain high satisfaction, and ensure smooth usage for both doctors and franchise partners. Track, report, and achieve monthly targets for doctor sign-ups and franchise acquisitions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; experience in field sales, healthcare, or franchise/business development preferred. Strong communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel locally; organized and self-driven with a passion for technology and healthcare growth.
