* Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. * 6+ years of hands-on technical experience with 3+ years of software development experience working with enterprise applications in a business capacity. * Proficient technical expertise in ERP development (Epicor Prophet P21 strongly preferred), object-oriented programming (.NET/C# preferred) and SSRS. * Strong knowledge of relational database design concepts and MS SQL Server technologies. * Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile * Highly motivated, self-directed and results driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities. * Strong problem-solving skills including demonstrated ability to analyze issues and to work effectively with cross functional groups to craft solutions. * Curiosity and passion for delivering high quality and innovative technical solutions.
