Location: Oakland, CA - Onsite

Notes:

Onsite requirement has changed to being onsite in Oakland at a minimum of 3, sometimes 5 days a week for the first 3 months. After that it will be the normal hybrid schedule, 2-3 days per week.

Manager has confirmed he is open to someone with an EPIC AMBULATORY CERT + Wisdom Project Experience with a path to certify.

Job description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Analyst with expertise in Epic Wisdom to join our dynamic team.This Epic Applications Analyst plays a critical role in the implementation and installation of Epic applications, module upgrades, new components and modifications. This position is responsible for workflow configurations, go-live support, and on-going client support. You are also responsible for configuring application settings and validating configurations. This position is anexpert role in Epic Practice Management system products.As an Application Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business processes, and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Epic Wisdom applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Application Analyst, with a focus on Epic Wisdom.

Epic Wisdom certification is required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with healthcare information systems in a clinical setting is a plus.
