Role Overview: We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Executive to support the successful deployment of our Transport Management System (TMS) for enterprise clients. You will work closely with the Implementation Manager, Product, and Tech teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding for clients transitioning to our platform. Key Responsibilities: Assist in client onboarding and TMS implementation, from kickoff to go-live Understand client transport operations to help design effective TMS workflows and configurations Support data collection, system configuration, and basic customizations Coordinate with internal teams for integration, testing, and deployment activities Provide user training and product walkthroughs to client stakeholders Help track implementation progress and maintain project documentation Capture client feedback to improve onboarding processes Work closely with senior team members to ensure alignment between client needs and system delivery Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in SaaS onboarding or implementation, preferably in logistics, ERP, or supply chain software Basic understanding of transportation workflows (routing, dispatch, GPS, POD, etc.) is a plus Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage tasks and timelines in a structured manner Familiarity with tools like Excel, project tracking software (e.g., JIRA, Trello), and Google Workspace Willingness to work in a fast-paced, client-facing role with attention to detail Offerings: A dynamic and challenging work environment with significant growth opportunities.
