• Possess a bachelor s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Epicor ERP 10 / Kinetic and Prophet 21

  (or later versions).
• Experience working in

  manufacturing, distribution, or engineering domains

• Exposure to

  Agile / Scrum project environments

  .
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Exhibit at least 5 years of proven experience in administering and managing Epicor ERP systems.
• Demonstrate a strong technical proficiency in Epicor ERP software and related technologies.
• Have knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, and ERP system customization tools.
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Have prior experience with Epicor.
• Epicor

  Technical Certification(s)

• Should possess good consulting & communication skills.

Technical Skills Required

• Proven experience in

  custom development and technical troubleshooting

  within Epicor.
