Position Overview We are looking for a strategic and driven Sales Director to lead ENZI’s growth across India and emerging markets. This role demands a visionary leader with deep experience in medical devices or dental technologies, capable of building high-performance teams, driving adoption of innovative products, and forging lasting partnerships within the dental ecosystem. Key Responsibilities · Design and execute a national sales strategy aligned with ENZI’s mission and market goals. · Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing team of regional and channel sales professionals. · Drive sales of digital dental products including intraoral scanners (e.g., OVO, HERON IOS), aligners, and phototherapy devices. · Identify new growth opportunities in dental clinics, hospitals, and institutional channels. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key dental professionals, KOLs, distributors, and academic partners. · Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and clinical teams to align market needs with solutions. · Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. · Represent ENZI at industry events, conferences, and customer education sessions. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Dentistry, or related field (MBA or advanced clinical/business education preferred). · 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record in the dental, medical device, or healthcare technology sectors. · Proven success in launching new products and building market presence in competitive environments. · Deep understanding of the dental ecosystem and clinician mindset. · Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills. · Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
