Ensure compliance with all environmental laws, rules, and construction-related regulations.
Conduct Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for construction projects.
Monitor and manage waste disposal, dust suppression, noise levels, and water usage at project sites.
Liaise with State Pollution Control Board and other authorities for approvals and audits.
Develop site-specific environmental management plans and ensure implementation.
Conduct environmental training and awareness programs for site staff and contractors.
Prepare periodic environmental compliance reports for management and regulators.
Bachelors/Masters in Environmental Science/Engineering or related field.
10+ years experience in environmental management in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of environmental laws applicable to building, infrastructure, and real estate projects.
