Focused on maintaining our nimble, agile and entrepreneurial culture.We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Architect to design, develop, and validate the implement comprehensive functional architectures that meet business requirements and align with enterprise standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Designing and developing high-quality functional architectures that comply with business requirements and enterprise standards Building and maintaining functional models, diagrams, and descriptions to support business processes and operations Collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other architects to ensure functional architectures meet business needs and are integrated with existing systems Participating in the development of enterprise architecture standards, guidelines, and procedures Supporting the SDLC cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment Collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to ensure global alignment and implementation of functional architectures Technical & Behavioral Competencies. Bachelor's degree in a related area (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) 15+ years of experience in IT Architecture or related field Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) in added advantage Experience with business process modelling and requirements gathering Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and provide Technical Leadership Proficient in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and able to adapt to new languages. Experienced with various frameworks, platforms, and technologies (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, .NET, UI Frameworks, etc.). Enterprise Architecture: Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). Understanding of enterprise-level design patterns, principles, and standards.
