The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team at KKR plays a crucial role in ensuring the consistent application of the risk management framework across the organization to support strategic objectives and operational efficiency within the firm's risk appetite. The main objectives of the ERM team include identifying and monitoring risks from various verticals, assessing and measuring risks, control gaps or enhancements, and aggregating risk information for monitoring and reporting purposes. By fostering a proactive risk management culture and embedding risk awareness into decision-making processes, the ERM team contributes to an integrated approach to risk management that helps shape the firm's risk strategy in an increasingly complex risk landscape. KKR is currently seeking a Senior Professional for the Risk Insights and Reporting team within ERM. This role involves enhancing the firm's risk management program by providing enterprise-wide risk transparency through analytics, metrics, trends, and forward-looking insights for executive decision-making. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in data analytics and Tableau/PowerBI development, along with a background in leading and managing complex projects related to risk management frameworks. Responsibilities for this role include designing and delivering enterprise-wide risk reports, performing risk analysis across various programs, engaging with team members to identify relevant data sets, and creating Tableau/PowerBI dashboard reports for risk visualization. The candidate will also be responsible for translating complex risk data into actionable narratives for non-technical audiences and ensuring data quality and integrity in all reporting products. Key competencies for this position include a strong understanding of risk management frameworks, experience in risk analytics and dashboard development, proficiency in SQL and Python, and excellent communication skills.
