Job Summary

ERP Oracle Technical Manager / Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Lead and oversee Oracle ERP technical solutions including

    Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud ERP

  • Provide technical guidance to development, DBA, and support teams
  • Review and approve technical designs, code, integrations, and customizations
  • Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks
  • Support system upgrades, migrations, and cloud transformation initiatives

Delivery & Program Management

  • Own end-to-end

    project and delivery management

    for Oracle ERP engagements
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
  • Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
  • Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle escalations and provide effective resolution

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams (technical, functional, support)
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams
  • Conduct status meetings, steering committee updates, and executive reporting
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, audit requirements, and internal governance models
  • Establish delivery metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement plans
  • Maintain project documentation and operational runbooks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in

    Oracle ERP technologies

  • Strong technical background in

    Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion (Cloud ERP)

  • Proven experience as a

    Technical Manager / Delivery Manager

  • Hands-on experience with integrations, reports, workflows, and extensions
  • Strong understanding of

    Oracle architecture, security, and performance

  • Experience managing

    large teams and multi-vendor environments

  • Solid knowledge of

    Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

  • Experience with

    Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

  • Exposure to ERP modernization and cloud migration programs
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / ITIL certifications
  • Oracle certifications
  • Experience working with global delivery models

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
