Enterprise Resource Planning Senior Analyst

You should have 6 to 8 years of work experience with SAP ATTP and 5 years of experience in SAP ECC in Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, or Warehouse Management Modules. You will be responsible for end client interaction, attending client calls on issues, and resolving incidents/tickets. Additionally, you will have hands-on experience in L2/L3 production support and leading the team in resolving technical and functional issues. Your role will also involve end-to-end implementation experience, with at least one year of support experience in Pharma Serialization and SAP ATTP. You are expected to be familiar with Serialization regulations such as US FDA DSCSA, EU-FMD, and other regulations. You should have a good knowledge of GS1 standards, CBV & EPCIS schema versions, and an understanding of SAP ECC integration areas, including Master data integrations, Transaction data integrations, and serialized related Warehouse transactions. Hands-on experience in onboarding CMOs, MAHs, Suppliers, Customers, and 3PL service providers will be required. Previous experience with SAP ATTP configuration areas and working on enhancements in SAP ATTP is necessary. You should have a clear process understanding for Receiving, Inventory Management, Picking, and Shipping. Experience in AIF error monitoring and the ability to troubleshoot any failed EPCIS events/messages to identify the root cause and work with the business and operations team to resolve the issue is essential. Moreover, you should be able to develop and guide team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. Lastly, you must be willing to work in all 3 IST shifts and weekend shifts due to the nature of the role.,
