The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience and will be hired on a contract-to-hire basis with an immediate joiner notice period. The Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor will act as the functional owner of Oracle Cloud HCM within an ERP system. Responsibilities include planning and directing product selection assessments related to Oracle Cloud HCM, preparing design proposals that consider cost, time, and alternative actions to support current and future business needs. The role also entails recommending and making decisions that significantly impact project outcomes and leading the design and development of assets, accelerators, offerings, and differentiators in the HCM space.
