As a part of the Enterprise Platform Engineering FrontEnd team, we are looking for an experienced Front End Technical Lead/Architect to lead the design and architecture of the front-end framework for a new digital web application. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive expertise in the Angular framework and a successful track record of leading front-end engineering teams. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for innovation and a dedication to delivering exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture, design, and development of the front-end framework for the new digital web application. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to front-end engineers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code. - Drive the adoption of modern front-end technologies and frameworks, particularly Angular. - Establish coding standards, tools, and platforms for efficient development and collaboration. - Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with architectural and design principles. - Assess digital projects and provide accurate estimates for front-end work. - Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables. - Identify and resolve performance and scalability challenges. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the team and product at the forefront of innovation. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience as a Front End Technical Lead or Architect, focusing on the Angular framework. - Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Experience in leading and mentoring front-end engineering teams. - Solid understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards. - Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
