Enterprise Java Architect

As a System Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of our Core Banking & Financial Service Solution in an on-premise environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and coordinating the development of CBFSS, ensuring adherence to the approved system design and architecture. - Planning and executing the on-premise deployment of CBFSS, ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance. - Working closely with developers, testers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. - Providing guidance on best practices in Java Spring Boot, React, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and related technologies. - Ensuring system scalability, security, and compliance with NBFC and financial industry standards. - Identifying and resolving technical bottlenecks, optimizing system performance, and ensuring seamless operations. - Overseeing third-party integrations, API Gateway setup, and authentication mechanisms. - Maintaining technical documentation, system configurations, and implementation reports. To excel in this role, you should have: - 6+ years of experience in software architecture, development, and implementation of enterprise applications. - Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot, React, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and microservices architecture. - Strong expertise in on-premise deployment, server configurations, and system administration. - Knowledge of high-availability architecture, security best practices, and enterprise IT infrastructure. - Familiarity with API Gateway, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and data security. - Experience working in Agile development environments and coordinating with cross-functional teams. - Understanding of financial sector regulations, compliance, and operational workflows is a plus. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services domain, and certification in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), DevOps, or Cloud Technologies.
