Project Role : Product Management Lead Project Role Description : Leads the Product Management capability for the organization. Develops and implements a product vision and strategy. Provides thought leadership and sales support. Works with key stakeholders to understand requirements, build partnerships and provide technology solutions. Oversees the build and maintenance of the product. Must have skills : Enterprise Content Management Implementation Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : NA Summary: As an Appworks consultant, you will analyze, develop, and improve workflows. You will identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborating with business users, you will identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Additionally, you will design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Design and implement efficient workflows - Identify and analyze process inefficiencies - Propose and implement solutions to optimize process effectiveness Professional & Technical Skills: - 2 - 5 years of working experience in OpenText BPM product suite implementation and support on medium or large scale projects. - Minimum 2 years of hands-on enterprise application development experience with OpenText Cordys tool. - Experience with at least 2 implementation experiences or supported reasonable maintenance sites that has major enhancements. - Experience in developing, maintaining and customizing UI (new screen), business rules, workflow and reports using OpenText Process Suite - Sound knowledge with Java, JavaScript, html, Xml, web services, SOAP, REST,WSDL, Core Java, HTML5,CSS and external system integration - Some exposure on SVN, BIST and BRIST. - Rich hands-on work experience on Java, JDBC, AJAX, XML, OOAD - Database skills, SQL, Triggers/Stored Procedures and working experience with any of well-known database (MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 or MySQL) - Good working knowledge in implementation of collaborative product e.g. OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) and OpenText AppWorks. - Possesses good working knowledge on: • BPM, SOA, Web 2.0, SaaS and Cloud computing paradigms • Service Oriented Architecture • W3C standards • Preparing Solution and Technical Designs • Knowledge in BPM and BPMN concepts • Various types of enterprise applications (e.g. ERP, EAI , BPM) • Knowledge on Web Servers and Application Servers • Security, Authentication, HA deployments & administration • Expected to learn and deploy new technologies as needed - Collaborate with Process Owners, Business Process Analysts, Data Engineers, Software Engineers and Project Managers to develop BPM solutions to automate business processes - Collaborate on the implementation of technical deliverables such as processes, services, user interfaces, integrations, database queries, and web services - Responsible for using the OpenText BPM and other BPM tools to architect, design, develop and support customer-defined applications. This development effort typically requires defining and implementing BPM with other applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools - This position is based at our Kolkata office - A 15 years full time education is required
