Enterprise Architect – Utilities Domain

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-level solution design for utility transformation programs
• Align technology with business goals through collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Recommend modern platforms and tools for utility operations
• Participate in workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Document technical designs and best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years in technology roles within the utilities domain
• Strong understanding of utility operations (metering, billing, outage management, customer service)
• Experience with platforms like SAP IS-U / Oracle Utilities / Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proficiency in any of the following tech stacks:
• Cloud Platforms: Azure / AWS / GCP
• Backend: .NET Core / Java (Python/Node.js – good to have)
• Frontend: React.js / Angular / Vue.js
• DevOps: Docker / Kubernetes / Jenkins / GitHub Actions
• Integration: REST APIs / Kafka
• Data & Analytics: Power BI / Snowflake / Databricks / Azure Synapse
• Security & Identity: OAuth2, SSO, Azure AD, Keycloak
• Automation & Monitoring: Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, ELK Stack
• Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Certifications in cloud, enterprise architecture, or utility platforms
• Experience in Agile or SAFe environments
