ZSs Technology Advisory Group ensures that our future information, technology, and architectural landscape is strategically planned and evolves as our business grows. We aim to balance future-proofing our end-to-end technology stack with accelerating innovation and streamlining the delivery of business capabilities. This role will support the growth and development of our Technology Advisory Practice within the ZS Technology Services business. The successful candidate will work closely with ZS practice leadership to evolve our practice, enhance our assets and collaterals, build and manage client relationships, generate new business engagements, and provide thought leadership in the Technology and Architecture area. What you'll Do Work on our transformation projects led by T echnology and Cloud Advisory , and enhance it for other functional areas within Pharma and B eyond Healthcare. Focus on all aspects of Business, Data, Application, and Technology (Infrastructure) Architecture. Engage in strategic projects with leading Pharma Commercial clients, leveraging ZS domain expertise and systematic IT strategy approach to deliver successful client projects. C ontribut e to the growth of the Technology & Cloud Advisory practice and develop innovative solutions as per client needs. Navigate complex client requirements and expectations, providing research-backed alternatives while balancing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously. Assess current state, target state, conduct gap analysis, and create executable roadmaps, working on all aspects of business, data, application, and technology architecture. Support C lient Service Teams as an Architect, facilitate practice growth, and mentor team members. Collaborate with other spaces & practices in ZS and client organization. What you'll Bring Bachelors degree with specialization in Computer Science, IT or other computer related disciplines Experience in Pharma domain, primarily in Commercial functional area. 10 + years of relevant experience in designing s olutio n and/or system architecture at an enterprise-scale . Advanced architecture skills supported by good know-how of industry standards like TOGAF, Zachman , C4, AWS we'll-Architecture Framework, etc Experience with IT Strategy, Portfolio Assessment and transformation initiatives , is desirable . Ability to assess Business, Data, Applications, and Technology architecture aspects holistically. Desirable to have e xperience is designing solutions to manage non-functional requirements like security, performance, scalability & availability, access management. Strong client engagement and communication skills. Familiarity with recent developments in data & analytics space, GenAI , Intelligent Automation. Ability to lead a team of technology experts and incorporate best practices to delver a quality outcom e.
