Hybrid Cloud Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient hybrid cloud solutions including private cloud platforms, cloud migrations, infrastructure automation, and application modernization.

• Align architectural strategies with customer business objectives, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Provide expert guidance on enterprise architecture methodologies, frameworks, and standards (e.g., TOGAF, FEAF).
  
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into effective IT solutions.
  
• Conduct current-state vs. future-state architecture assessments, identify gaps, and propose strategic improvements.
  
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture deliverables such as roadmaps, frameworks, and standards.
  
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to support innovation and performance.
  
• Lead the adoption and governance of enterprise architecture principles across the GCC region.
  
• Offer thought leadership in emerging trends, next-generation solutions, and digital transformation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, or IT consulting roles

  .
• Certification in one or more architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, FEAF, or Gartner methodology.
  
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise architecture solutions for large and complex organizations.
  

• Strong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud platforms (e.g., VMware, Azure Stack, AWS, GCP, Nutanix)

• Solid knowledge of networking, storage, security, infrastructure automation, integration strategies, and application modernization.
  
• Up-to-date on industry trends in cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and digital platforms.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to align architectural vision across departments.
  
• Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities and ability to drive consensus among diverse teams.
  
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Familiarity with industry-specific (vertical) solutions and regulatory environments.
