As a senior Enterprise Architect in the healthcare domain for one of Weekday's clients, your role involves defining, governing, and evolving large-scale enterprise architecture for complex healthcare platforms. Your deep expertise in the healthcare domain and strong hands-on architectural leadership will be crucial for overseeing Java-based enterprise systems, microservices, and modern frontend ecosystems. Your responsibilities will include aligning clinical, regulatory, and business needs with secure, scalable, and future-ready technology architectures, as well as guiding large, multi-vendor delivery programs in highly regulated environments. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and long-term roadmaps for large healthcare organizations - Architect and govern Java-based, microservices-driven platforms supporting clinical, operational, and digital health systems - Establish and govern enterprise frontend architecture using Angular, ensuring consistency, performance, accessibility, and reusability - Ensure adherence to healthcare interoperability standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance mandates - Drive cloud-native transformation, legacy modernization, and DevSecOps adoption across enterprise programs - Collaborate closely with senior business leaders, clinical stakeholders, compliance teams, and engineering leadership - Provide architectural oversight across multiple programs while mentoring solution architects and technical leaders Qualifications Required: - 12-18+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with mandatory exposure to large-scale healthcare systems - Strong expertise in Java enterprise architecture, microservices, and API-driven ecosystems - Proven experience designing and governing complex, multi-vendor, enterprise technology landscapes - Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, regulatory compliance, and data security requirements - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and modern DevOps practices - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business and clinical needs into robust technical solutions - Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills with a strategic yet pragmatic mindset As a senior Enterprise Architect in the healthcare domain for one of Weekday's clients, your role involves defining, governing, and evolving large-scale enterprise architecture for complex healthcare platforms.
