Job Description

As an IT Enterprise Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping and aligning our IT landscape, focusing on end-to-end customer service processes. Your expertise will be vital in driving the digital transformation of our global service processes to ensure scalability, resilience, and exceptional customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage enterprise architecture and align business goals with IT strategy - Design and maintain end-to-end Enterprise Architecture for customer service processes - Lead cross-functional workshops and guide platform selection and integration - Model IT architectures and processes, contribute to solution evaluations and vendor selection - Coordinate communication with key decision-makers and drive documentation and presentations for executive alignment **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in computer science, industrial engineering, or a related field - Previous experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solution-/Domain Architect in Customer facing IT landscapes - Proficiency in enterprise architecture methods and frameworks, governance structures, IT Service Management Frameworks - Practical experience in implementing customer service solutions, data architecture, integration concepts, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture tools You will need strong English language skills for collaboration with specialist departments globally, and proficiency in German is preferred. Ideal candidates will possess organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, teamwork capabilities, results and quality-oriented work ethic, analytical and conceptual skills, flexibility, quick understanding, and constructive assertiveness.,
