As a Core Banking Business Architect, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the application architecture and application-level roadmap. Your extensive experience in the financial services industry and strong understanding of core banking systems, architectural principles, and industry best practices will be key. Your role will involve leading workshops, gathering business requirements, and effectively managing stakeholders. Additionally, you must possess strong coding skills in Java, Core JAVA, and Selenium, along with expertise in API automation and Test Data management techniques. - Lead and facilitate workshops to gather business requirements - Develop, maintain, and communicate the application architecture and application-level roadmap - Possess strong coding skills in Java, Core JAVA, and Selenium - Experience in API automation and Test Data management techniques - Expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure, etc. - Proficient in system integration concepts, data modeling, and all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle - Utilize project management skills to effectively manage tasks - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree will be a plus - Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Core banking Business Architect or in a similar role within the financial services industry - Strong understanding of banking processes, products, and regulatory frameworks - Certification in TOGAF, ARCHIMATE, ZACHMAN, or equivalent would be beneficial - Project management experience would be advantageous,
