Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform surgeries such as tonsillectomy, septoplasty, tympanoplasty, sinus surgeries, and cochlear implants.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic ENT conditions.
Use audiological tools and advanced diagnostics (e.g., audiometry, endoscopy, VNG).
Prescribe medication and post-surgical care plans.
Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists for holistic care.
Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems.
Educate patients on preventive care and long-term ENT health.
Participate in health camps, awareness programs, and hospital CME initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in ENT surgeries and clinical ENT procedures.
Strong knowledge of modern ENT equipment and surgical instruments.
Excellent communication and patient handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ethical, punctual, and patient-focused mindset.
