Maintain and update the IndiaMART company profile with relevant keywords, products, images , and pricing . Track lead conversion rates and prepare weekly/monthly reports . Handle BuyLeads , Mini-Dynamic Catalog features, and other IndiaMART tools effectively. Maintain professional communication and build long-term B2B customer relationships. Role Objective To drive business growth by promoting and selling engineering and high-performance plastic products (rods, sheets, tubes, machined parts) to OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, distributors, and end-users in India. The role requires a combination of technical sales expertise, customer relationship management, and market development. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets in assigned regions/industries. Generate and manage leads through cold calls, customer visits, exhibitions, and digital platforms (IndiaMART, LinkedIn, etc.). Promote and sell Ensinger’s range of semi-finished shapes and machined parts to existing and new customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 vendors, distributors, and industry stakeholders. Understand customer requirements, propose technical solutions, and provide application support with the help of technical team. Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales contracts in line with company policies. Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, production, quality, finance) to ensure smooth order execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities in key sectors such as automotive, aerospace, medical, food, electrical, and industrial machinery. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts for management. ⸻ Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Polymer / Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred). MBA in Sales/Marketing (desirable but not mandatory). 3–7 years of technical sales / B2B sales experience in engineering plastics, polymers, industrial components, or allied sectors. Strong knowledge of engineering plastics (PA, POM, PET, PEEK, PTFE, PVC, UHMWPE, PP, etc.) and applications. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
