Key Responsibilities

Attend and respond to incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.Maintain records of all enquiries and follow up as required.Coordinate with the sales/operations team to convert enquiries into leads.Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.Prepare reports on enquiry trends and customer feedback.Maintain a professional and positive image of the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / GraduateExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle customers patiently.Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems).Customer service orientation with attention to detail.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
