We are committed to delivering innovative strategies that drive sustainable growth. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Power BI Consultant/Developer . The position is Remote . The role combines technical expertise with consulting capabilities . Day-to-day tasks include: Designing, developing, and deploying Power BI reports and dashboards Conducting requirement workshops with clients to understand business needs Analyzing data to provide actionable business insights Optimizing data models and ensuring accuracy, performance, and integrity Collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver tailored BI solutions Providing training, support, and guidance to business users on Power BI adoption Supporting pre-sales efforts by showcasing BI capabilities and preparing demo solutions Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in Power BI development (reports, dashboards, data models) Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, and integrating multiple data sources Knowledge of ETL processes and cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Strong consulting and client-facing skills – ability to translate business requirements into BI solutions Familiarity with business transformation, process optimization, and KPI frameworks Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA/Analytics certifications are a plus
