Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
  • Design and execute effective techniques, methodologies and tools for training programs.
  • Mentor and support learners to meet their goals.
  • Conduct assessments to identify areas of improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English (or Equivalent)
  • Outstanding social skills and written communication skills
  • Versatile at work and proficient in building spontaneous conversation
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a language and soft skills trainer
  • Freshers can also apply
  • Residents of Calicut, Kannur, and Malappuram are preferred (Work From Office)
