As an English Teacher at OIET Public School, Njalikkara, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and educating students in line with the CBSE curriculum. Qualifications and Skills required for this position include: - Educational Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Literature, Education, or a related field. B.Ed. is preferred. - Experience: TGT/PGT with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience. - Strong command of the English language, grammar, and literature. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to create an engaging and student-centered learning environment. - Proficiency in using digital tools and smart classroom technology. - Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
