Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for an English Teacher. The English Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and providing comprehensive instruction in the English language. Day-to-day tasks include preparing curriculum materials, teaching diverse learners, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to enhance student achievement. Collaboration with colleagues and active participation in school-wide initiatives are essential parts of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching and related methodologies
• Experience in Lesson Planning and delivering structured educational content
• Background in Education or Teaching with a strong pedagogical foundation
• Excellent Communication skills and an ability to engage effectively with students
• Passion for teaching and fostering confident language proficiency in learners
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Teaching certification and relevant classroom experience is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on student success
