Core ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning: Develop and review MEP drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, integrating them with the building's architecture.Coordination: Work with architects, structural, and other engineers to ensure smooth integration of different systems.Installation Oversight: Manage and supervise contractors to ensure MEP systems are installed according to design and quality standards.Compliance: Verify adherence to local, national, and international building codes, safety regulations, and energy efficiency standards.Testing & Commissioning: Test and validate systems post-installation to confirm proper operation and efficiency.Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance plans for the systems.
