We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher for lower classes who can develop strong language and communication foundations among young learners in a joyful and engaging environment.

Job Description: The English Teacher – Lower Classes will focus on improving students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities through interactive and activity-based teaching methods. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, classroom energy, and a deep understanding of early language development.

Key Responsibilities: ■ Plan and deliver structured, activity-oriented English lessons based on phonics, vocabulary, and grammar. ■ Use storytelling, rhymes, role plays, and visual aids to make learning fun and meaningful. ■ Encourage and develop students’ spoken English confidence through daily conversations. ■ Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments aligned with CBSE/NCERT curriculum. ■ Maintain an engaging and positive classroom atmosphere. ■ Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and support strategies. ■ Participate in school activities, assemblies, and language enrichment programs. ■ Collaborate with peers to create innovative classroom practices

Skills Required: ■ Excellent spoken and written English communication (fluency is mandatory). ■ Sound knowledge of phonics, early reading, and interactive learning techniques. ■ Strong classroom management and presentation skills. ■ Creativity, patience, and passion for teaching young children. ■ Basic computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, or worksheet creation).

Qualifications: ■ Bachelor’s degree in English / B.A. English / B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. / Montessori or Primary Education. ■ Minimum 1–3 years of experience teaching English at the primary level. ■ Skilled and knowledgeable freshers with strong communication and teaching aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
