We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Faculty to teach students of Class 9th and 10th, following the CBSE curriculum. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge in English literature and grammar, and be able to deliver well-structured lessons that align with CBSE guidelines. Responsibilities include preparing students for periodic tests, term exams, and board examinations through concept-based teaching, doubt-solving, and regular assessments. The faculty should be capable of creating an engaging classroom environment, identifying individual learning needs, and supporting students accordingly. Strong communication skills, classroom management, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner are essential. A graduate or postgraduate degree in English, along with a B.Ed. and a minimum of 1-3 years of teaching experience at the secondary level, is preferred. Familiarity with CBSE exam patterns and a passion for student success are key for this role.
