You will be responsible for providing high-quality learning experiences for students at Heritage Public School in Rajpura, Punjab, India. As an English Teacher, your role will involve planning and delivering engaging lessons in English language and literature, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey. Your goal will be to create a positive and motivating classroom environment that caters to the varying needs of learners. Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive English lessons in person - Teach English language and literature concepts effectively - Assess, evaluate, and track student performance and progress - Provide constructive feedback and support to students - Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs and skill levels of learners - Create a motivating, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment - Collaborate with the academic team to enhance teaching methods and curriculum Qualifications: - Demonstrated expertise in English teaching and education - Proficiency in lesson planning and instructional delivery - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to independently manage classroom teaching responsibilities - Possession of relevant teaching certification and qualifications (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent preferred) - Previous experience in in-person teaching is advantageous - Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred,
