English & Soft Skill Trainer

As a faculty member at Virohan, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective delivery of English language power skill learning (ELPSL) training, induction, and lesson plans in accordance with Virohan standards. You will be expected to maintain a minimum student attendance of 80% and faculty attendance of 90%, fostering a conducive learning environment for all. It is essential to engage students actively, address their grievances promptly, and contribute to their overall development through quality education delivery. Your duties will also include ensuring compliance with Virohan norms during classroom training sessions, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with the content team to create Training Learning Materials (TLM) and schedules as needed for Virohan projects. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role will include monitoring student attendance to ensure a monthly average of at least 80%, limiting dropouts within a batch to a maximum of 10%, and striving for an 85% pass rate among active students in all categories on their main attempt. The ideal candidate for this position possesses strong communication skills and confidence in conducting training sessions for senior student batches. A minimum of 1 year of experience in English teaching, Soft Skills/Personality Development training, or related fields is required.
