Job Title: English Teacher / Lecturer

We are looking for dedicated and passionate English Teachers and Lecturers to join our institution. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, the ability to engage students effectively, and a proven track record of delivering quality education.

Qualifications Required

• MA in English with B.Ed
• BA in English with B.Ed
• NTT (Nursery Teacher Training)
• BA / B.Sc with relevant teaching qualification

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized school or college.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong classroom management and interactive teaching skills
• Ability to engage students with creative and effective teaching methods
• Passion for student development and academic excellence

Salary Offered

• MA, B.Ed: ₹40,000/- per month
• BA, B.Ed: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• NTT: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum standards
• Evaluate and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback
• Create a positive and disciplined learning environment
• Support students in developing strong language and communication skills
• Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and school activities
