English Language Teacher

About the Role

We are hiring a Part-Time English Language Trainer to train students and working professionals in spoken English, communication skills, grammar, vocabulary, and confidence-building.
The ideal candidate is someone who has strong command over the English language, enjoys teaching, and can deliver interactive sessions that improve fluency and communication proficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery

• Conduct engaging training sessions (online or classroom) focused on spoken English and communication skills.
• Teach grammar, sentence formation, pronunciation, vocabulary, and conversational English.
• Facilitate group discussions, role plays, mock interviews, and real-life communication activities.
• Provide personalized feedback to learners to help them improve fluency and confidence.

Curriculum & Session Planning

• Prepare lesson plans and structure batches according to learner levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced).
• Assist in creating or updating training materials, worksheets, and assessments.
• Ensure consistent learning outcomes and adherence to training timelines.

Assessment & Progress Monitoring

• Conduct periodic assessments to gauge learner improvement.
• Track attendance, maintain progress sheets, and share performance updates with the team.
• Identify challenges faced by learners and provide targeted support.

Requirements

• Excellent command over spoken and written English.
• Prior experience as an English trainer, communication coach, or language instructor preferred.
• Strong presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting both online and offline sessions.
• Ability to work with diverse age groups and learning levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in English training, Communication Skills, or Soft Skills (optional but preferred).
• Experience in training students, job seekers, or corporate professionals.
• Ability to handle interactive and activity-based learning formats.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Part-Time / Flexible Hours based on training batches.
• Compensation will be aligned with experience and session load.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 14 per week

• English teaching: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• English Language Proficiency Certificate (Preferred)
